staffs were lovely and cute to me. facilities were clean and tidy and i appreciate that. as a solo traveler, i find the easy check in and out helpful. the hotel offered many facilities, including a gym and sauna.
the breakfast was not up to standard with the rest of my stay. the eggs had run out and i needed to wait for supplies. the coffee machines had not been refilled, but the wallet was returned by housekeeping though.

the breakfast room presented some issues with restocking; i saw delays with eggs, coffee machines were empty. there was a single bottle of brown sauce for the entire room; more attention to detail is required from the breakfast team.

My stay involved some disappointments. The bar had limited options and seemed UNDERSTAFFED. the restaurant service was slow, and my order was incorrect. This occurred despite the staff appearing to try their best, the delays detracted from the experience. I noticed maintenance was needed in some public areas, as well.

The facilities and atmosphere were great. Every area i used was clean and well-kept. The breakfast was really good. The spa facilities offered a nice bonus to the stay. I appreciated the cleanliness. It was evident throughout the hotel.
I noticed only that some staff seemed new and might need more training, though overall, the service was pleasant.

The staff was friendly. The venue was lovely. I stayed one night and the room was clean. Breakfast was really good. Dinner was also good.
The bar menu had little choice. The pizza was overpriced. The pizza came on a board with no plates, cutlery, or napkins. The tea bags were weak. It took two to get any color. The taste was terrible. The air con was sporadic. It did not work properly.

The hotel offered many leisure options, and I liked that aspect. The room presented itself in a clean and orderly way, it included very good amenities and added to my comfort. Staff members showed helpfulness and politeness.
I found very little choice on the lunch menu at the bar. The pizza I chose seemed overpriced. It was served on a board without plates, cutlery or napkins. This lack of necessary dining items was a definite inconvenience.
